Before You Start
Prepare the company user ID and password used for Ashal, the company file number, the civil ID of the authorized signatory, and the worker details you plan to renew. If the company account is new, PAM's official Ashal page says the authorized signatory usually needs a registered mobile number and first-time verification steps before full access is activated.
Step 1: Open the Official PAM Ashal Entry Page
Go to the official Public Authority for Manpower website and open the Ashal service page. From there, use the official login or registration path only. Avoid unofficial mirrors when entering company credentials.
Step 2: Login with Company User ID and Password
- Open the Ashal login screen from the official PAM website.
- Enter the company user ID or the approved portal username linked to the company account.
- Enter the password and sign in.
- If this is the first time on the newer portal, use the official registration path shown on the Ashal page.
If the account is not registered yet, PAM's Ashal instructions say new users can register by entering the company file number and the civil ID of the authorized signatory, then completing verification and creating a password.
Step 3: If Login Does Not Work
- Check whether the company Ashal subscription is active.
- Check whether the authorized signatory mobile number is correctly registered with PAM.
- Check whether you are using the new portal account or trying to migrate from the previous portal account.
- Use the official Ashal support channels if the company cannot access the file.
Step 4: Renew the Ashal Subscription If Needed
The official Ashal service page states that users can renew the subscription from the subscription management area, then pay through K-net and submit. If the company access has expired, complete that renewal before trying to continue with the worker renewal transaction.
Step 5: Go to Tajdeed / Renewal
After login, go to the side menu and open the renewal path related to the worker type. In Ashal, PAM lists renewal services for both national labor and expatriate labor. Menu names can vary slightly by service type or portal update, but the renewal path is generally under the labor services section and then the work permit renewal option.
- For expatriate labor, look for the renewal option under the expatriate labor service area.
- For national labor, look for the renewal option under the national labor service area.
Step 6: Select the Worker and Review the Renewal Data
- Select the relevant file, license, or worker record.
- Check the worker's name, civil ID, work details, salary data, and contract dates.
- Check the labor department, work location, and any contract or site details linked to the file.
- If the system allows changes, update the necessary fields before continuing.
Step 7: Upload or Confirm Required Documents
PAM's official forms and conditions page lists items such as the declaration for the accuracy of work permit renewal data. Some transactions may also require attachments or later submission of original documents depending on the service. For that reason, review the exact on-screen requirements shown in Ashal before you submit the request.
Step 8: Submit the Renewal Request
- Approve the declaration or undertaking if shown.
- Upload any required files if the renewal screen asks for them.
- Proceed to payment if the service requires a fee.
- Submit the transaction and save the request number.
Step 9: Track the Status
After submission, use the Ashal follow-up or inquiry area to check whether the request is approved, pending, or missing something. If the transaction includes attachments, the official Ashal page notes that attached transactions may be approved within 24 hours according to the governing rules.
How to Use This Website with Ashal
You can prepare the contract details first on the Kuwait Aqad Maker Template website, then copy the reviewed data into the official Ashal renewal workflow. This helps reduce typing mistakes and keeps the draft separate from the official submission portal.
This guide is for draft preparation and general orientation only. It is not affiliated with PAM or Ashal, and it does not replace the latest official instructions shown inside the Ashal portal.
